From the Artist

Having painted for 35 years and "discovering" pastels 20 years ago, I've refined my technique with soft pastels exclusively. I have been painting full-time for 5 years.

My artistic emphasis presently is nautical (sailing). The water's reflective qualities provides a fascinating "fourth dimension" to paint!

Future plans include continuing exploring New England's endless possibilities, concentrating on the ironies of a changing region and projecting my message recalling a quieter and simpler time.
